Members and their builds
Publish member profiles with a name, vehicle, club status, Instagram handle, featured image and a full vehicle story. Keep former cars in a separate archive as members move on to their next build.
Events and contests
Manage club events with dates, start and end times, venues, addresses, event types, descriptions and registration links. Publish contest listings and direct entrants to your chosen entry page or service. Contest voting, judging, ticketing and prize payouts are not included.
Payments and the club store
Use WooCommerce for products, cart and checkout. Configure your own payment gateways, shipping and taxes. The theme presents your store and works with native WooCommerce payment flows; gateway accounts, fees and fulfillment services remain separate.
Advertising and club branding
Add sponsor or advertising copy and a destination link from the WordPress Customizer. Set your own logo, club name, homepage headline and introduction. Advertising analytics and advertiser billing are separate services.

Requirements and package
The latest bundle includes the 1.0.11 Car Club Manager plugin, the optional 1.0.0 Club Modern companion theme and installation instructions, with PHP/CSS/JavaScript source. Unzip the outer download before installing its two inner ZIPs. Both components require WordPress 6.6+ and PHP 8.2+. Install Email Auth and WooCommerce separately before activating the plugin; configure your own email delivery and payment gateways. The original 1.0.0 Car Club Manager theme is also included as a separate download and requires WordPress 6.5+ and PHP 8.1+. Other optional form, currency, translation and support plugins are installed separately. Existing sites using the older car-club-platform plugin need a backed-up migration; do not activate both plugin copies together.
