Service

DynoReg provides managed website design, hosting, and related technical services according to the plan and project scope accepted by the customer.

Domains provided by DynoReg

Any domain name registered or supplied by DynoReg as part of a service plan is registered to and owned by DynoReg, not the customer. The customer receives a limited right to use that domain while the associated DynoReg service remains active and paid.

If the customer later wants a DynoReg-provided domain moved away from the service, DynoReg will initiate an eligible domain release or transfer after receiving a nonrefundable $500 domain transfer fee and payment of all outstanding account balances. The release or transfer remains subject to applicable registry and registrar policies, waiting periods, dispute or security holds, and technical eligibility. The $500 fee covers the domain release or transfer only; it does not include website files, website migration, hosting, content, or third-party charges.

Customer-owned domains

A domain the customer owned before using DynoReg remains owned by the customer. The customer authorizes DynoReg to manage its DNS and related technical settings only as needed to provide the service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business information, lawful content, required approvals, and timely access to customer-owned domains or other systems needed for delivery.

Billing and cancellation

Plan pricing, billing timing, cancellation, and any project-specific work are confirmed before service begins.
