Let visitors browse prices in their currency. Dynoreg Custom Currencies adds currency selection, price conversion and managed exchange-rate updates to WordPress. Give international visitors a familiar way to read your prices while keeping control of your base currency and presentation.
One flexible currency system for your website
Configure the currencies you want to offer, choose your base currency, and control symbols, decimal places, separators and formatting. Add a selector, converter or exchange-rate display with the included shortcodes. Geographic welcome-currency rules can select an initial currency for visitors.
Keep exchange rates up to date
Refresh rates manually from Settings > Custom Currencies, or schedule hourly, twice-daily or daily updates through WordPress Cron. The plugin integrates fiat exchange-rate data and Bitcoin pricing, preserving the last valid configured value when a provider fails. Scheduled refreshes depend on WordPress Cron and provider availability.
Make Bitcoin prices readable
Bitcoin selections display whole satoshis so small converted prices remain readable. This is a price-display feature; payment processing requires your own compatible checkout and gateway setup.
Optional WooCommerce integration
Enable WooCommerce integration for product and variation prices, currency formatting, coupons and shipping rates. Choose browsing-only mode to let customers view converted prices while returning cart and checkout to your base currency. The checkout notice is editable.
See what changed
The History tab records currency and related settings changes with before-and-after values, timestamps and user or system attribution. Configurable retention defaults to 30 days, with daily cleanup.

What is included
The installable 1.2.7 WordPress plugin ZIP includes readable PHP, JavaScript and CSS source, bundled dependencies, and a readme. The release readme specifies WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 7.4+. WooCommerce is optional and is required only for its commerce integration. External rates require outbound provider access; GeoIP2 configuration requires your own credentials where applicable.

How are exchange rates refreshed?
Refresh rates manually from Settings > Custom Currencies, or schedule hourly, twice-daily or daily updates through WordPress Cron. Updates depend on outbound provider access and working WordPress Cron. If a provider fails, the last valid configured value is retained; check the provider and refresh again rather than assuming a rate is current.
Can customers browse another currency and pay in the base currency?
Yes. Enable browsing-only mode for WooCommerce so visitors see converted product prices while cart and checkout return to the base currency. The checkout notice is editable. Test your store and chosen gateways before changing checkout currency behavior.
Does selecting Bitcoin enable Bitcoin payments?
No. Bitcoin selections can display whole satoshis for readable converted prices. The plugin converts displayed prices; accepting cryptocurrency requires your own compatible checkout and payment gateway.
