Which currency shortcodes are included?

Use [dynoreg_currency_selector] for selection, [dynoreg_currency_price] for converted price output, [dynoreg_cc_converter] for a converter, [dynoreg_cc_rates] for configured rates and [dynoreg_cc_current_currency] for the selected currency. Configure enabled currencies and a base currency before placing these on a page. Geographic selection requires the relevant GeoIP configuration.
